About WetFeet

WetFeet was founded in 1994 by Stanford MBAs Gary Alpert and Steve Pollock. While exploring their next career moves, they needed products to guide them through their research and interviews. These resources didn’t exist. So Gary and Steve started writing.

WetFeet continues to provide insightful profiles of companies, careers, and industries to guide job seekers toward finding the right career, the right industry, the right company, and the right job for them. Through our Insider Guide series and two websites (the one you're on and internshipprograms.com), we help more than 1 million job candidates each year nail their interviews, avoid making ill-fated career decisions, and add thousands of dollars to their compensation packages.
