UNIVERSITY AUDIT REPORT

Universum has collected data on the number of students (by major) graduating from top programs, both domestically and internationally, in the past three years. This information will help you understand where the pipeline of relevant talent appears to be expanding and contracting. Combined with our standard survey data, it becomes an ever more valuable tool as you will be able to identify and support your university targeting decisions. This data will ultimately help you determine which schools you should be recruiting from this year.

Our team of experienced consultants will review your standard data and the pipeline data. We will give a one hour presentation and workshop to a group of your choosing, and brainstorm for another hour regarding best practices and tactics for being successful on any of the campuses that are likely to become part of your plan.

Scope of Research and Deliverables:

Based on your recruitment needs, we’ll create a custom top line report that benchmarks your current situation which will tell you what is working and what isn’t according to research data from the University Audit and the Universum IDEAL™ Employer Survey.

• Prior to the research, you will have the opportunity to provide us with the schools where you are currently recruiting, those in which you plan to recruit, those which you are considering decreasing your presence.
• You’ll receive information about which of your current target schools have an increasing or decreasing pool of talent, relevant to organizational needs.
• You’ll be able to identify schools you are not utilizing but where your organization or those like yours ranks highly as an IDEAL™ Employer.
• You have the option of having a workshop with our consultants to further advise you on your recruiting initiatives.
