Founded in 1987 as Intellicorp by Ashok Pandey, who had once been a consultant for AT&T and Bell Laboratories, the company changed its name to Intelligroup in 1992 and now does business as a provider of enterprise, e-commerce, and mobile commerce solutions. Intelligroup focuses on four markets: engineering and construction, pharmaceuticals, professional services, and the public sector. The company has U.S. operations in New Jersey, Atlanta, Silicon Valley, and the Chicago area.
