 LBI is a Sweden-based digital marketing firm. The firm’s concept is “corporate sophistication meets Internet hipness”; it forms teams comprising engineers, designers, project managers, market researchers, and ethnographers to create user-centric Internet sites, intranets, and extranets. Web design and development is at the forefront of the firm’s work, but LBI’s service offerings include research, branding, technology, and management consulting. The downturn in demand for e-consulting in the early years of the new millennium stunted LBI’s growth. In 2006, the firm merged with Framlab, creating a firm with some 1,300 professionals around the world.
