Moss-Adams traces its history back to 1913, when it was founded to serve the Northwestern lumber industry following the enactment of the first U.S. income tax. Currently, the firm offers accounting, tax, and consulting services to middle-market clients in a variety of industries. Moss-Adams has a staff of over 1,700, including some 180 partners. It is a member of the Moores Rowland International network of about 90 independent accountancies. Moss Adams has two affiliate companies, Moss Adams Capital and Financial Security Group, through which it offers clients investment banking and asset management.
