Should I include a cover letter in addition to my introductory email?
Some recruiters really love cover letters, some don’t. Because you don’t know which type of recruiter is reading your application, send the extra cover letter. I say extra because it should be separate from the introductory email. A good cover letter is in letter format, which is too long and aesthetically awkward in an email.
