According to the below infographic, less than ten percent of job seekers send a thank you note after an interview, which could have lead to their rejection. A whopping 91% of HR managers say that receiving a thank you note is very helpful or somewhat helpful during their consideration of a job candidate.  As a job seeker you should be doing everything you can to impress employers, and saying thanks is just one small step that could have a big impact.
