Dave brings the scrappiness of a long-time freelancer and the discipline of a trained musician to his work in the WetFeet editorial department. He likes to emphasize nontraditional skills, dedication to the written word (yes, even in resumes and cover letters), and overall creativity as keys to success in job hunting and career development. He bleeds blue and orange for Bucknell and Syracuse (undergrad and grad school, respectively), and uses his musical training to show off at karaoke. In his spare time, Dave can be found creating smooth harmonies and crazy rhythms with Philly-based a cappella group In the Mix. Contact Dave at dave@wetfeet.com

Denis joined the WetFeet team in 2007 as an editorial assistant working on the WetFeet Insider Guides. Since then he has moved his desk 6 times, but doesn't mind because he loves to travel. On a good day, he's proud to provide insight that hopefully helps people to make better career decisions and ultimately lead happier lives. On a bad day, he's just glad that coffee exists. His writing has appeared in Philadelphia City Paper, The New York Times, and Making Music Magazine.

Julie, our social media coordinator and assistant online editor, typically gears her advice toward the group she can most relate to: recent grads. Yes, it wasn’t long ago that she left the sprawling hills of her alma mater to start an internship here in Philadelphia. Julie attended Ohio University, where she majored in Journalism and discovered a love for farmers’ markets and locally grown organic foods. When she’s not digging into a good sci-fi novel, you can find her exploring uncharted areas and scavenging for bargains in thrift stores up and down the East Coast.
