Steve Pollock, the company's president and co-founder, heads WetFeet's research and consulting team. Steve is an expert on the world of recruitment and talent management – his research findings and opinions are frequently cited in top publications including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal and Fortune. Steve received his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and holds a BA from Harvard College, where he graduated summa cum laude.
