Jennifer Randle
AssociateIf you ask Jennifer Randle what sets Booz & Company apart from other consulting firms, she'll tell you it’s the people who work there. Booz people are intelligent, fun, and come from all different walks of life. In fact, Randle is a perfect example: her prior professional experience was in the nonprofit sector.
How did you first become interested in Booz & Company?
I began to build relationships within the firm after one of my admissions officers put me in touch with an associate. From there, I took advantage of every opportunity to meet more people. It’s that network that has continued to aid my career here at the firm, even from day one as a summer intern in 2005.
What’s something about Booz & Company that only the folks who work here would know?
We don’t have “a way.” A lot of times, you’ll hear different firms talk about their way—the way they are in the market, or the way their firm culture is. While we do have our own values and things we hold very dear, we truly are individuals. There’s no one walk of life that everyone comes from or mold that everyone must fit to work here.
Describe Booz & Company in three words:
Smart, down to earth, honest.
What advice would you give to students who might want to work here?
Get to know the firm and how we work. If you’re in school, come out to events and interact with us. If you have the opportunity, come to our offices and see what we’re about.
What’s the best part of your job?
Definitely the people! I keep saying how much I enjoy how smart my colleagues are and how much fun they are. I really just love being challenged by really smart people who keep me on my toes.
