The most important piece of advice I could give to any student looking to pursue a position with TCS is to make yourself visible by going to career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews. Submitting a resume online is great, but nothing beats the in-person meeting. These personal interactions are not only helpful for our recruiters, but also for candidates – it’s satisfying to know that you, as a student, have met in person with someone about your candidacy and aren’t just throwing your resume into a black hole and hoping someone calls you.
Q: Can you offer any “insider tips” about applying or interviewing at TCS?
